grove-cougar provides facilitation services connecting clients with independent artisans and craftspeople operating in Canadian urban markets. We offer market tours, workshop access, collaboration coordination, product subscriptions, and corporate gifting programs.
We act as an intermediary and coordinator. Final product quality, delivery timelines, and custom work specifications are determined by individual artisans.
Our services are subject to artisan availability, material sourcing timelines, and market operating schedules. We make reasonable efforts to fulfill service requests but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, delivery dates, or product availability.
Custom collaboration projects require direct agreement between you and the selected artisan. We facilitate introduction and coordination but are not party to the final creative or commercial agreement.
Prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Service fees must be paid before scheduled activities or deliveries.
For custom collaboration projects, consultation fees are separate from final project costs, which are negotiated directly with artisans.
Market tours and workshops require 72 hours advance notice for cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive 50% refund. No-shows are not refunded.
Subscription services can be paused or cancelled with 30 days notice. Partial quarter refunds are not provided.
Custom collaboration consultation fees are non-refundable once initial meetings have occurred.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by grove-cougar or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Artisan work remains the intellectual property of individual makers. Purchasing commissioned pieces grants you ownership of the physical object but does not transfer reproduction rights unless specifically negotiated.
